If you’re expecting to find my resume here, you’re better off reading my LinkedIn profile … if you want to know more about the real me … read on!
I attribute all my achievements and successes in life to God for giving me such incredible parents. They have stood by me in every decision I ever made. They have always pushed me forward. I am also thankful for having Jessica, my baby sister, who loves me more than life itself and idealizes me in such a way, it humbles me! Their love and support have made me the proud man I am today …
I was born in Cairo, Egypt on January 23, 1980 – a good year I must say – Post-It Notes were introduced by 3-M – so I still have to compete with that invention to be the most important thing that happened in that year
At the age of 2, my parents moved to KSA for work – but that only lasted a year. At the age of 3, I found myself in Lebanon surrounded by supposed relatives who spoke either French or Arabic and not a single word of English – and you could guess which languages I spoke! So let’s just say, I was off to a rough start! But I managed to adapt and learn – qualities that have accompanied me my whole life! I graduated from Kindergarten and got my first cap and gown picture!
Years progressed and so did I …!
I had a chance to travel a lot with my family – had a chance to experience different cultures at different ages – made loads of friends almost everywhere … so my social skills were quite sharp since the start. I have visited different states in the US, France, UK, Italy, Switzerland, Greece, South Korea, Cyprus, Pakistan, UAE, Oman, Jordan, Kuwait, Bahrain, KSA … needless to say I know Egypt & Lebanon like the back of my hand. Each country I visited had its own unique taste and its own implication on my personal life!
I graduated from the American University of Beirut with a Bachelor in Business with an emphasis in Marketing. I seriously considered pursuing a career in singing, since I loved it so much – but I have to confess I was too much of a coward to do so!
So I opted for the safe option and joined the work force! Changed 3 jobs in 2 year! That’s when I was ready for phase two – higher education! So I traveled to France to join the Master in International Business program at Grenoble Graduate School of Business – that was one of the best decisions of my life. I met wonderful people from all over the world – actually, I had 22 nationalities in my class – so you can imagine the richness of such a cross cultural experience. I also became the Ambassador of GGSB to the Middle East. That is when I shaved my head for the first time!
I slaved under the sun for another 6 years after that with different companies, and then I decided to join GGSB once again but this time for a Post Graduate Degree in Management Consulting (DMC).
In January, I turned 30, I decided to Crush It. Had I been older, I would have said, I was going through a midlife crisis, but this wasn’t the case. I quit my job as Head of Marketing for SUBWAY (in the MEA region). I left Lebanon and moved to Egypt. So after three decades on this epic journey, I went back to where it all started, in the land of the Pharaohs.
This is where I met my partner, Moataz Kotb. Fueled with passion and energy, we decided to launch eBranding360, a boutique consulting agency that specializes in the development of personal brands and the creation & execution of social media marketing strategies that delivers on the promise of your brand.

I first learned about personal branding and creating my own legacy through extensive research and by branding myself. Then became one of the first Reach-Certified Personal Branding Strategists in the MENA region. Now I stand side by side with presidential candidates, executives, and graduating students helping them understand and promote their brand DNA.
